Paw Sox game, me and my big boy
We went to the August 3, 2006, game togther -- the first for just the two of us. It was the "Meet the Players Day" where the team allows fans a sliver of time to take a team poster from table to table around the warning track, where one or two players sit, collecting autographs. We only met two players, but we talked to Ben Mondor, Savior Of The Paw Sox himself, and we took some fun pictures.

Here we are in the home team dugout where the manager, Ron Johnson, sits during games:
Waiting in line to meet some players, watching while the batter's box is laid out in fresh chalk:
Kids at Paw Sox games dangle milk jugs over the edge of the grandstand seats with pens and balls (and cards and programs and other stuff) for the players to sign. I thought about signing a few of these as "Don Baylor" but restrained myself. (This is my new desktop picture, actually.)
A beautiful summer evening at McCoy Stadium:
This was taken in the area where the mascots sit to sign pictures for kids.
