First day of second grade
So now that the Cumberland teachers got that illegal strike out of their system, elementary school started today, just one day late. Our second grader is taller, more confident, and calmer than last year:
A year ago (And oh, how they've grown!):
School was still delayed by an hour this morning, but at least they announced it early enough last night that I didn't see anyone out standing at the bus stops -- like I did yesterday. (Boy was that guy mad!)
